General:
Using any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which Black Car Chauffeur Service shall not be held liable. It is your responsibility to ensure that any products, services, or information available on this website meet your specific needs.

Black Car Chauffeur Service will make every effort to transport the passenger to the destination specified on the confirmation document with the least amount of discomfort and inconvenience possible. However, circumstances beyond our control may prevent us from carrying out this responsibility.

Examples of such circumstances are:

– Vehicle delays due to accidents, restricted access, extreme weather conditions, or police requests.
– Road accidents, deaths, vandalism, and terrorism.
– Unexpected traffic delays.
– Third-party industrial action.
– Customer-related issues.
– The vehicle is being held or delayed by a police officer or government official.
– Other factors affecting passenger safety.

Smoking/ Eating/Drinking:
Passengers are not permitted to smoke, drink, or eat in the vehicles. The supplier may refuse to transport anyone who appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs and/or whose behaviour poses a threat to the driver, the vehicle, other passengers, or a road user.

Cancellations:

All booking cancellations must be submitted by email to Black Car Chauffeur Service at bccs.dub@gmail.com.

Business Class, First Class, and Luxury Vans – Transfers, Airport Transfers, and Hourly Service.
These vehicle classes are available for transfers, airport transfers, and hourly services of up to 4 hours. Cancellations are free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the pickup time will incur a 100% cancellation fee. No refund will be issued; however, a cancellation invoice can be provided upon request.

Business Class, First Class, and Luxury Vans – One-Day / Multi-Day Tours and Hourly Service.
These vehicle classes may be booked for one-day or multi-day tours, as well as for hourly services exceeding 4 hours. Cancellations are free of charge up to 7 days before the tour start date. Cancellations made after this period are non-refundable, and a cancellation invoice will be provided upon request.

Waiting Time:
We understand that circumstances beyond your control may prevent you from arriving at the pickup location on time. This is why we offer a free wait time service.

Airport Pickups
The first 60 minutes of waiting time are included in the hire price and begin when the plane lands. The waiting time will then be charged at our hourly rate, which is determined by our current tariff at the time of the journey.

All other pickup locations
The first 15 minutes of waiting time are included in the hire price and begin at the scheduled pickup time, even if your driver arrives early. If you ask your driver to wait, the following 15 minutes will be charged at €1.35 per minute. The waiting time will then be charged at our hourly rate, which is determined by our current tariff at the time of the journey.

Failure to show up:
If the client fails to arrive at his or her collection point, no refund will be given. We will always attempt to contact the client or the booking contact before directing the driver to leave.

Reservation changes:
Please ensure that all information provided at the time of booking is accurate. If any changes are required after confirmation, please quote your reservation number in all correspondence.

Black Car Chauffeur Service reserves the right not to accept any changes to reservations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time.

Business Class, First Class, and Luxury Vans – One-Day / Multi-Day Tours and Hourly Service (exceeding 4 hours)
Black Car Chauffeur Service reserves the right not to accept any changes to reservations made less than 5 days before the scheduled pickup date.

Insurance:
The vehicles and drivers of Black Car Chauffeur Service are fully insured, including public liability insurance.

Children:
Car seats will be provided when you book a child-friendly vehicle. However, due to insurance requirements, our drivers are not permitted to install the car seat or secure the child in it. This is the responsibility of the passenger or parent.

Damage:
If any of our vehicles are damaged or soiled as a result of passenger actions, we will charge the client in full for the cost of repairs as well as the time lost while the vehicle was removed from the fleet.

Gratuities:
Gratuities are optional and not included in the price. If the client wishes to pay a gratuity, he or she may request that it be charged at their discretion.
